Yes it’s finally here with only 6 sleeps to go, Christmas is upon us. I haven’t been feeling extremely Christmasy lately so I really need to get my butt in gear and get those last minute pressies sorted. I’ve also been really unorganised and haven’t even managed to send out my wish list yet. I had a good look round and came up with some great presents whether it’s for you or someone special. Here are 7 things that should be on your last minute christmas list. Remember you only have 6 delivery days left so better get to it!
First up, beauty gifts always go down a treat. Christmas is usually the time that you realise you’ve run out of you fav product and really don’t want to spend out on another one. Game plan….pop it on your wish list and save yourself a pretty penny.
I love the thought of getting an amazing eye shadow palette on Christmas Day. Urban Decay have some gorgeous palettes out right now and the Naked Ultimate Basics is may favourite. There are some great colours and I love that they are all matte. Not too in to the shiny or glittery look for everyday.
It’s high party season right now so what better than some festive eyeliner in an array of colours! Gel type liners are huge right now and really easy to apply. QVC have some fab presents but they also stock Tarte Cosmetics including this great little Gel Eyeliner Set which comes with four different colours and an applicator brush. Love it!
Talking of party season, we are all going to be in need of a recovery remedy. Little presents like the Korres Party Survival Kit are perfect for this. You can get your hands on one for around £16 and it includes everything from brightening cream to lemon and basil body milk….nice!
If you are willing to splash out a bit and know someone who is a total beauty freak then sonic cleansing is the way to go. The Foreo Holiday T-Sonic Skincare Collection will set you back around £169 for the full set but you can also by them individually. Skin cleansing tools are the latest in innovative beauty technology. Both women and men for that matter, need to realise that plain old face washing is history!
Sophisticated homeware gifts can never go wrong. I must say I love a good candle but it’s so much better when you get one as a gift, some can be quite pricey! Charles Farris have some great scents and are quite reasonable at £30 and come in a really nice textured glass holder.
Another great buy is a capsule coffee machine. Who does instant anymore anyway?! You can pick up the Nescafe Dolce Gusto Steila for under £120 and it comes in a really compact design. This has to be a top buy for any of you coffee lovers out there.
Last but not least, in fact probably top of my list is the Cloud Nine Gift Set. I am desperately in need of a new pair of straighteners! Technology is always updating our must have grooming items and hair straighteners are no exception. This gorgeous set comes with a flat panel brush and carry case to store it all too.
So that’s 7 things that should be on your last minute christmas list and my Christmas preparations are now well under way. I’m starting to feel less of a scrooge so I wonder what will be under my tree on Christmas Day!
